Account deletion

This page explains how to delete your TuLearn account and associated data. If you have any questions, contact us at support@getnextio.com.

How to delete your account

Delete in the app

Open the TuLearn app.
Go to My Profile.
Tap the Settings icon.
Select Account → Delete Account.
Review the notice and confirm account deletion.

After confirmation, your deletion request is processed. Some data may be retained for a limited period as described below.

Request deletion by email if you cannot access the app

Email us at support@getnextio.com with the following information:

Your social login provider and your TuLearn display name or account ID (if available)
Subject: Account Deletion Request
(Optional) Reason for deletion

We may request additional information to verify account ownership. Never send your social login password or verification codes.

What data is deleted

Account and authentication information, including login identifiers
Learner profile information, including your display name, photos, bio, and learning settings
Call metadata, corrections, ratings, feedback, and Speaking Level history, except records retained for the purposes below
Device and push notification information associated with your account
Other data that is no longer required for the purposes described below

What data may be retained

Some data may be retained only when required for legitimate purposes such as legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security auditing.

Tutor profile, application, and review records: 3 years after the Tutor agreement ends or the application is withdrawn, unless law requires otherwise.
Tutor identity evidence: until its verification purpose is met or for the period specified in the Privacy Policy.
Tutor payout and tax records: 5 years after termination or the applicable tax retention period.
Reports, enforcement, and abuse records: 3 years after closure or account deletion. Consumer complaint and dispute records: 3 years.
Contract, withdrawal, payment, and supply records: 5 years. Advertising records: 6 months. Access logs: 3 months.
Records needed for a pending dispute, legal claim, or lawful authority request: until resolution, within the necessary scope.

Deletion and retention

Account deactivation and deletion processing begin when you confirm the request. Data that is not subject to a legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution retention period is deleted without undue delay. Retained data is kept separately, used only for the applicable retention purpose, and permanently deleted when that period ends. For details, see the TuLearn Privacy Policy.

Payments and Tutor payouts

Unused paid service and pending refunds are handled under the Terms of Service. Confirmed Tutor compensation earned before deletion is handled under the payout terms. Contact Support for assistance.

계정 삭제 방법

앱에서 삭제

TuLearn 튜런 앱을 실행합니다.
내 프로필로 이동합니다.
설정 아이콘을 선택합니다.
계정 → 계정 삭제를 선택합니다.
안내 내용을 확인한 후 계정 삭제를 확정합니다.

확인 후 삭제 요청이 처리됩니다. 아래 안내된 사유에 따라 일부 데이터는 제한 기간 보관될 수 있습니다.

앱에 접속할 수 없는 경우 이메일로 요청

아래 이메일로 계정 삭제를 요청해 주세요: support@getnextio.com

SNS 로그인 제공자와 TuLearn 표시 이름 또는 계정 ID(확인 가능한 경우)
제목: 계정 삭제 요청
(선택) 삭제 사유

계정 소유 여부를 확인하기 위한 추가 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다. SNS 비밀번호나 인증번호는 보내지 마세요.

삭제되는 데이터

로그인 식별자를 포함한 계정 및 인증 정보
표시 이름, 사진, 소개 및 학습 설정을 포함한 러너 프로필 정보
통화 메타데이터, 교정·평가·피드백 및 회화 레벨 기록(아래 보관 사유에 해당하는 기록 제외)
계정과 연결된 기기 및 푸시 알림 정보
아래 보관 목적에 더 이상 필요하지 않은 그 밖의 데이터

보관될 수 있는 데이터

다음과 같은 정당한 목적(법적 의무 준수, 부정 사용 방지, 분쟁 처리, 보안 감사 등)을 위해 일부 데이터가 제한적으로 보관될 수 있습니다.

튜터 프로필·지원·심사 정보: 튜터 계약 종료 또는 지원 철회 후 3년(법령상 별도 기간이 있으면 해당 기간).
튜터 신원확인 자료: 확인 목적 달성 시까지 또는 개인정보 처리방침에서 정한 기간.
튜터 정산·지급·세무 정보: 계약 종료 후 5년 또는 세법상 보존기간.
신고·제재·부정이용 기록: 처리 종료 또는 탈퇴 후 3년. 소비자 불만·분쟁처리 기록: 3년.
계약·청약철회·대금결제·공급 기록: 5년. 표시·광고 기록: 6개월. 서비스 접속기록: 3개월.
진행 중인 분쟁, 법적 청구 또는 적법한 관계기관 요청과 관련된 기록: 필요한 범위에서 해결 시까지.

삭제 및 보관

회원이 요청을 확인하면 계정 비활성화와 삭제 처리가 시작됩니다. 법령 준수, 안전, 부정이용 방지 또는 분쟁 처리를 위해 보관할 필요가 없는 데이터는 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 보관 대상 데이터는 별도로 분리하여 해당 목적으로만 이용하고 보유기간이 끝나면 영구 삭제합니다. 자세한 내용은 TuLearn 개인정보 처리방침에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

결제·환불 및 튜터 정산

미사용 유료 서비스와 진행 중인 환불은 이용약관에 따라 처리합니다. 삭제 전에 발생한 튜터의 확정 정산금은 정산 조항에 따라 처리합니다. 관련 문의는 고객지원으로 보내주세요.
